Kelly Gallagher 
President

Kelly started EverLights in 1995, opening the first fluorescent lamp recycling company in teh city of Chicago. Her vision was to create a company taht helps protect the environment while also creating employment opportunities for women and minorities.

She has won multiple awards over the years, such as the Enterprising Woman of the Year and the Rosie Award, and has grown the company to a multi-million dollar organization.

A:I love to dance like crazy, ride motorcycles, and hike deep in the woods.

Michael Hall

Michael Hall
Vice President

Michael has 25 years of experience in the electrical distribution business with a focus on the construction market. He understands how a company runs from the ground up, as he has worked positions from warehouse, to customer service, to sales, to management.

Deborah Perez

Deborah Perez
Construction Market Specialist

Deb has worked in distribution since she was 20 years old. She started in the Low voltage business, and through the years has evolved into data communication, daily electrical material, and now working in roadway and lighting!

Project Manager

Lorri comes to us with 35+ years of customer service. 10 of those years were spent at Grainger working in their call center.

Daniel Jovanov

Daniel Jovanov
Project Coordinator

Daniel comes to EverLights with a background in construction administration and marketing.
As a project manager for EverLights, he ensures that purchases and deliveries are made in a timely manner, and keeps our customers updated on teh process. Daniel has recently taken on the task of creating photometric layouts for the lighting team which helps customers see the results of changing out their luminaries before they are installed.

Billing Specialist

Kieth Viola

Keith Viola
Project Manager

Keith attended the College of St. Francis, and came to EverLight with 24+ years of sales experience, 12 of those years were spent at Graybar Electric. He handles our Lighting sales.

Maureen Philbin

Maureen Phillbin
System Support

Mike Witkowski

Toye Adefeso
Recycling Account Manager

Toye has been with EverLights since the spring of 2014, starting as the Logistics Coordinator he quickly advanced to being one of our Recycling Account Managers. Toye received his Bachelor's Degree in Communication from the University of Illinois, and believes that environmental sustainability and preservation should be a top priority for all of mankind.

Mike Witkowski

Mike Witkowski
Director of Operations

Mike has been with Everlights for 5 years. He is responsible for our watehouse operations, drivers, inventory, and purchasing. He has 20+ years of customer service and warehouse/purchasing management experience.

Cindy Bishack

Cynthia Bischak
Receptionist

Cindy joined us in 2016 after relocating to Chicago from Colorado. She comes to us with 25+ years of experience as an executive assistant where she was spearheading fundraisers, serving on boards, and doing volunteer work.

Juan Padilla
Construction Market Specialist

Juan served as an Aviation Mechanic in the Navy for 4 years, and received his Bachelor of Science-Marketing degree from DePaul. He has 4+ years of industry experience, and is one of our Construction Market Specialists.

Omid Shahrava
Recycling Account Manager

Omid graduated from the University of Cincinnati, and has been with EverLights since 2015. He is one of our Recycling Account Managers, and handles our National accounts.

Melissa Cusack

Melissa Cusack
Lighting and Recycling Consultant

Melissa has 10+ years of sales experience, with 2 of those being in
lighting and recycling. She has her Associates degree in Business form IUPUI of Indianapolis. Melissa specializes in BOMA, Education (CPS), and assists contracting sectors in becoming more energy efficient. Melissa also works with the ComEd SBES program for qualifying customers.

Bethany Keller

Bethany Keller
Chief Customer Experience Guru

Bethany comes to us with a BFA in Advertising Art Direction, and 10+ years of Customer Service. She thinks outside the box whether it be for a marketing project or coming up with a solution to a customer issue.

A: I create awesome things, and make sure our customers are happy!

Mark Ingles

Mark Ingles
Controller

Mark comes to EverLights with 25+ years of corporate finance  and accounting experience. He oversees all aspects of accounting and finance operations for EverLights.

A: I handle day to day financial operations

Mike Witkowski

Mario Capetillo
Energy Solutions Specialist

Mario has been in the industry for 15= years, and with EverLights for 4 months. He comes to us from from the ComEd Energy Efficiency program, participating in Project Management, Development and Implementation for Energy Efficiency Programs. Mario specializes in Energy Efficiency, New construction and industrial, dealing with advanced lighting, lighting controls, VFDs, Chillers and HVAC.

Brad Jenkins

Marley
Stress Management Consultant

Marley is a 9 year old retreiver/hound mix. She was rescued from Mississippi, and is a little timid at first. She absolutely loves people once she gets to know them, and makes the rounds daily to make sure everyone in the office is doing well.

A: I greet everyone with a wagging tail, and a kiss
(if they allow) and I keep spirits high.
