Everlights

Returns

Invoice number and date of purchase is required for processing all returns. All returned goods will be inspected for damage, count, packaging, etc. and may be subject to restocking charges. A restocking charge of 20% will apply to all items returned where Everlights.com has made no error in merchandizing or shipping. All returns must arrive in the original packaging and all freight charges for the return of goods are to be paid by the customer.

Refunds

Credit for merchandise is entirely dependent upon manufacturer’s terms and acceptance of product.

Cancellations

Everlights will allow cancellation of orders prior to goods shipped or services provided. All cancelled orders are subject to our minimum 10% restocking fee.

Deliveries/Shipping

Everlights will ship merchandise to any of the lower 48 United States of America. Everlights will only ship products to the continental United States of America.
